Cookie Policy
Last updated September 20, 2026
Version 2.0
This Cookie Policy explains how FitAndShift uses cookies and similar tools. It is part of our Privacy Notice.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser. They help the site remember you, such as keeping you signed in.
We also use "browser storage" (local storage and session storage). It works like a cookie, but it stays on your device and is not sent to our servers with every visit. In this policy, we call all of these "cookies."
2. Cookies We Need
These cookies are needed for the site to work. You cannot turn them off in our Services.
Consent cookie (fitandshift_cookie_consent): remembers what you chose about cookies. It lasts 1 year
Sign-in cookies (set by Supabase): keep you signed in and keep your session safe
Google sign-in cookie (oauth_context): remembers what you were doing while you sign in with Google. It lasts 10 minutes
Country cookie (fitandshift_country): remembers your country so we show prices in the right currency (PKR or USD). It lasts 1 year
Security cookies (set by Cloudflare): help us block bots and attacks
3. Cookies That Remember Your Choices
These are saved in your browser only:
Theme: remembers if you picked light or dark mode
Onboarding draft: saves your onboarding answers so you do not lose them if you leave the page
Small notes that stop the same welcome screen or pop-up from showing again during one visit
4. Cookies That Help Us Improve
We only use these if you say yes.
PostHog: helps us understand which pages and features people use. It saves an ID in your browser's local storage
Sentry: helps us find and fix errors. If you say yes, it may also save a short screen recording of what happened on the page
We use this information to make FitAndShift better. We do not use it for ads, and we do not sell it.
If you say no, we still log errors so we can fix them, but we do not record your screen and we do not load PostHog.
5. Cookies From Other Companies
Some features load tools from other companies. These companies may set their own cookies:
Calendly: when you book a free consultation call on our Book A Call page
Daily.co: when you join an audio call with your coach
Polar: when you pay by card on Polar's checkout page
Their own cookie and privacy policies apply to these cookies.
6. We Do Not Use Ad Cookies
We do not use cookies for advertising, and we do not let ad companies track you on our site.
7. How to Control Cookies
The first time you visit, we ask what you are happy for us to use. You can pick "Allow", "Reject", or "Manage" to choose one group at a time.
If you reject, we only use the cookies we need. We do not load PostHog or record your screen with Sentry.
You can change your answer at any time. Click "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page. If you turn off the cookies that help us improve, we also delete the IDs those tools already saved in your browser.
We remember your answer in a cookie called fitandshift_cookie_consent. It lasts 1 year.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the cookies we need, you will not be able to sign in and some parts of the site will not work.
Most browsers let you:
See which cookies are saved
Delete some or all cookies
Block cookies from some or all websites
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when we add or remove tools. When we do, we will change the version number and date on this page.
